Built By Both is an independent networking organisation set up to inspire and support women in the built environment sector. The organisation hosts and supports a range of events to highlight the vast amount of opportunities available to aspiring women, and promote industry-wide gender parity.

Half the population is only half of the talent on offer.

Built by Both’s main objective is to inspire young women to embark on careers within the built environment and show credit to those already working in our industry. With current topics of gender difference in the workplace, we want to create conversations, connections and opportunities to improve possibilities for individuals, companies and the wider workforce.

2016 saw the launch of BBB as part of The Prince's Trust Million Makers challenge and Barratt Developments 'Golden Bricks' graduate team, where the collective teams raised over £35,000 for the charity. Built by Both now runs independently, as a not-for-profit organisation.

Co-founders are David Cole, Georgina Naish, Megan Robinson & Stewart Long
