Golden Bricks will be hosting a day to celebrate Diversity & Inclusion in aid of The Prince’s Trust. We are inviting Colleges from the South West along to a day full activities to open their eyes to what our industry really involves. They will get the opportunity to rotate around six workshops based on our divisional departments; Land, Technical, Commercial, Finance, Construction & Sales. The day will take place at Bailbrook House in Bristol.
Golden Bricks, in support of The Princes Trust, present an evening of informal networking and cross-cultural dialogue on diversity and inclusion in the industry.
We understand that real value of having a diverse workforce is having different minds come together for a common purpose, and that means creating a workplace characterized by inclusion. That process begins with each of us.
This intimate event, themed Social Construct, is a curated space in which we share ideas as we share bar bites and challenge social biases as we challenge each other in board games and foosball. Through presentations that broaden our understanding of diversity, it will focus not only on the visible aspects such as race, gender, age, and physical ability, but also diversity of thinking.

This year the Million Makers team are hosting a black tie gala event in Leicester to celebrate the ten year anniversary of the Million Makers scheme and provide the opportunity to socialise and raise money for a worthy cause. The event will take place on Friday 14th July and will be held at Welford Road, the stadium of Leicester Tigers Rugby Club.
The event will provide an evening of entertainment for all guests including live jazz music and a guest speaker; former England rugby player Martin Bayfield. All guests will receive a three-course meal with tea and coffee, and a champagne reception on arrival. VIP tickets are also available.
